Our mission at R&M Welty, Inc. is to offer a comprehensive, goal-directed model of active treatment to a wide variety of adults with physical, mental, and emotional needs. We specialize in assisting vulnerable adults that live with persistent mental health in a group home setting.
We provide our persons served with care, supervision, and assistance throughout their daily lives. We offer a safe, comfortable home setting from which we support our persons served in their efforts to maintain a high quality and satisfaction of life. Our primary mission is to offer our persons served a safe, relaxing, and therapeutic place to call home. We are an active, goal-orientated family of mental health professionals who truly love our work. We provide meals, medications, and assistance with all facets of the lives of the persons we serve. We have weekly and/or daily visits and 24/7 on-call supervision by an experienced registered nurse. We provide 24-hour awake supervision as well as transportation to all medical appointments and most day programming. We work closely with our persons served, their professional treatment case workers, and families in developing individual life goals. Our treatment method follows a simple process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
The persons we serve have special needs that require supervision and/or assistance. Our person served must be approved by County Social Services. The predominance of our persons served share a serious persistent mental illness that may follow a traumatic brain injury or any number of other causes.
