In 2021, SCRAM Systems®, a leading provider of electronic monitoring solutions, and LifeSafer®, a national leader in ignition interlock technology, joined forces to further our mission to change lives, reunite families, and make our communities safer through advanced technology and world-class service. Through this merger, our combined company brings the most complete set of client monitoring technologies including alcohol and location monitoring devices, software, and mobile apps. This full spectrum of solutions and services is offered to court systems, law enforcement, community supervision programs, treatment facilities, and other partners in North America and internationally. Our full suite of product brands include SCRAM Systems, LifeSafer, Monitech, Quickstart, and Guardian.
At SCRAM Systems, we have been re-engineering community corrections operations since our inception in 1997. LifeSafer helped launch the industry in 1991 and was the first ignition interlock company to meet the National Highway Traffic Safety Association standards in 1992. LifeSafer supports drivers and their families through device installation, license recovery, and maintenance.
