Over the past 40 years, we’ve expanded to over 30,000 customers in the Midwest and beyond, and we've grown our offerings to include vocational rehabilitation, loss prevention, medical services and more. Though much has changed through the years, our focus continues to be unrivaled customer service, safety, and providing better outcomes for employers and injured workers.
Headquartered in Bloomington, Minnesota, we serve employers of all sizes and types based in Minnesota, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, Tennessee and Wisconsin. We also provide coverage to employers with out-of-state operations in 26 other states.
