S.J.G. Corporation operates The Salt Lick Bar-B-Q restaurant near Austin, Texas. In addition to the restaurant, the company offers catering and reception services. The menu is filled with choices of beef, sausage, and pork; however, vegetarian plates of potato salad, cole slaw, and other veggies are also offered. The Salt Lick first opened in the hills south of the Texas capital in 1969, founded by Thurman and Hisako Roberts. The company operates another Salt Lick location in Austin at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
