ShoreView Industries invests in mid-market private companies with the entrepreneurial spirit. It has helped consumer product and industrial manufacturers such as speaker company MartinLogan and BBI Industries, which makes vehicle starters and alternators. ShoreView Industries looks for companies with $20 to $150 million in revenue seeking a buyout, refinancing, or a build-up transaction (getting the company to a point where it can start making its own acquisitions). ShoreView Industries currently manages about $600 million in private equity funds.
