Targeted Provision is on a mission to reshape alternative provision by putting young people with unmet needs at the centre of their educational journey. Our story began in 2018 when we recognised the need for a wider range of appropriate educational options for these young people. Since then, we've been dedicated to igniting their potential for a self-determined, successful future. By offering trauma-informed solutions that foster trust, resilience, and motivation, we empower these individuals to rediscover joy in learning and confidently chart their educational paths.
Through our innovative approach to tuition, known as Relational Learning, we've captured the attention of Local Authorities and Schools across the UK, supporting hundreds of young people back into education. As we've grown into a team of 60 with over 1000 tutors, our commitment to understanding and meeting the diverse needs of vulnerable learners has only strengthened. Our vision for the future is to continue being the catalyst for change, allowing young people to trust, self-regulate, and take ownership of their educational journeys. We believe that education should be as diverse and individualised as the young minds it seeks to shape, and we're dedicated to ensuring that every young person feels seen, heard, and valued in our inclusive and nurturing space.
