ThruPoint wants to get calls where they need to go. The company's Ubiquity suite of software is used to route and manage phone calls between wired and mobile networks. The company was founded in 1996 by a group that included chairman and CEO Rami Musallamas. It has received equity funding from Morgan Stanley's venture arm, Cisco, and Bank of America.
