Thanks to NJM's Tuition Assistance Program, Kayla completed her associate’s degree in Criminal Justice in May, 2025 and has decided to pursue her bachelor’s degree in Law & Legal Studies! She recently transferred from the Personal Lines department to General Claims where she now uses the analytical and problem-solving skills learned while earning her associates degree to investigate claims as a Property Damage Adjuster.
