Android Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Android Developer to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications. You will work closely with backend engineers to build scalable and user-friendly mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Java
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Maintain app quality through unit testing and automated testing
• Monitor app performance and resolve production issues
• Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and technologies
• Work with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive mobile experiences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of professional Android development experience
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin or Java
• Solid understanding of MVVM or similar mobile architecture patterns
• Experience integrating REST APIs and JSON-based services
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Understanding of mobile app performance optimization and debugging
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience developing apps published on the Google Play Store
