Senior Full-Stack (Ruby/React) Engineer

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Full-Stack Engineer who’s excited to work with modern technologies, take ownership of impactful features, and help shape the future of a fast-growing product.

Requirements:

5+ years of commercial experience in web development
Strong skills in Ruby and Ruby on Rails
Experience with React and solid knowledge of JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus)
Understanding of REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and clean coding principles
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Ability to work full-time during US business hours

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain full-stack features using React (front-end) and Ruby on Rails (back-end)
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers
Contribute ideas to improve architecture, performance, and user experience
Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
Participate in code reviews and implement best development practices
Work on observability tools such as analytics, error tracking, and logging
