My mistake was not researching CliQ's history beforehand, as they are not professional. I would never have accepted if I had known about this reputation. - Targeted pressure and persecution of those who don't blindly align, treating teams as obstacles, not partners. - Brutal turnover: 10-20 departures per month, even trusted leaders are jumping ship.
