- The management has a terrible mentality: controlling, uncooperative, and lacking the will or real ability to lead a real company. - Inappropriate and discriminatory behaviors are recurrent, creating a hostile and unsafe environment, as many others have already reported here. - A hiring process lacking transparency, with promises that don't hold up in reality. My mistake was not researching CliQ's history beforehand, as they are not professional. I would never have accepted if I had known about this reputation. - Targeted pressure and persecution of those who don't blindly align, treating teams as obstacles, not partners. - Brutal turnover: 10-20 departures per month, even trusted leaders are jumping ship. It's a sinking ship. - "Silent dismissal" as a common practice: they empty functions, remove autonomy and support until the person can't take it anymore. - Disorganized management, weak technology, non-existent processes, and a total lack of strategic planning. - Constant instability and lack of transparency cause everyone to look for solutions while there's still time.
