Contras

Não vejo contras somente falta um pouco de gestão integrada para melhor alinhamento de objetivos comuns e troca eficiente de informações entre departamentos. Para evitar assim, ruídos de comunicação.

Exposure to complex, global work: Opportunities to work with global teams and large, sophisticated clients accelerate professional growth. Learning and development: You gain broad consulting experience across industries, categories, and geographies, which builds strong foundational skills. Mission-driven colleagues: Many people at GEP care deeply about their work, their teams, and doing the right thing for clients.
