You may have been doing above and beyond performance for several years, then a new customer manager steps in and decides they want a rookie with no proven background to take your place, then HCL will dismiss you. HCL is a puppet to the customer regardless of your proven performance. I worked for HCL nearly 8 years, received 2 promotions, outperformed all of my peers combined, and received 2 dismal salary increases. In the end, I was earning less $$ cause of cost of living .
