Een tamelijk onfatsoenlijk bedrijf, met een HR afdeling die geen enkele moeite neemt om kandidaten voor een functie na een sollicitatiegesprek te informeren naar de stand van zaken. Zelfs navraag bij de verantwoordelijke HR manager levert geen enkele reactie op. Als dit al de bedrijfscultuur kenmerkt zegt dit veel over het bedrijf.

Prós

Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

Contras

Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
