The team is outstanding. Very talented and welcoming people. You'll feel included as soon as you start.
Contras
There's no strategy in anything they do. No objectives, no studies, no nothing, most of your tasks are based on the ever changing will of the owner. You will even hear the most absurd comments about your work that make no sense at all (and you will have to adapt and change). Your opinion as a professional is useless, especially if you're a Brazilian. People from other areas will dictate how you should do your work based on their personal preferences and it doesn't matter that you were the one who studied and researched about this for years and still do everyday, your "latino" opinion means less than nothing. They think you're just lazy and don't want to work. Micromanagement is everywhere. It seems like the CEO spends his entire day going over timesheets, sending emails directly to employees and monitoring every move they make. He participates in every individual decision and you need to have his direct permission to do anything, even if you need to work from home for just a day. He is just convinced that no one works on their own, especially employees from Brazil. In the end, your work will have no impact, and even if it does, you won't get any recognition from the company. It feels like you're always working for nothing. It is almost impossible to do a good and organized work for Nutcache because they won't let you. I would not recommend working here if you want do grow or have opportunities to learn new things. It's a waste of time. BONUS: if you're from certain areas, like marketing or HR, you'll work for 2 companies (Nutcache + Dynacom) without previous warning on the interview. =)
