There´s this feeling that the Company is building something truly new and unique, which is simply inspiring. Top management is very talented. Exponential growth leaves tons of space for personal and professional growth opportunities
Contras
Culture is demanding and will require the best of you. If you are not interested in a challenge or want to be home by 5pm, this is probably not the company for you. Exponential growth has led to some disorder.
