99% of the experience depends on the project/client you will get to work in, thats why you never know if you will have a job next period when its time to renew the contracts.
Company is also struggling to keep those professionals who need a new project because there are not that many new clients. There used to be two talent pool projects to keep good employees "on the bench" when needed, but one of them got shut down and the other turned into a normal project so no longer an option.
Salaries depend on the client so its usually not very competitive.
The company's name is not very widely known, and that is something other companies judge you and your experience by when you go to look for other jobs.
