I haven't found anything wrong here either. False review given by the employees who were fired for their own non performance and misconduct. If the person is open to learning new things on regular basis, then he or she would be a good fit for the position. I was promoted and also my salary was raised with in 1 year based on my performance. I also know management have contributed on one my colleague's higher education and gave bonus too, based on his performance and dedication. If you want to work, learn and grow then best place to work. If you have an open mind and you're willing to work hard toward a common cause, you will definitely find working here rewarding. I am continuously growing in the company, doing new things, handling bigger challenges. I was paid fully even when I had to sometime leave early for doctors visit or personal issues, so no complains even if I had to stay little late during deployments. Rudraya has excellent customer base and are very innovative in provided solutions. The management is very solid, highly educated and dedicated. I learned a lot.
Contras
I seriously, can't think of anything which is of any concern. People are writing about no over time, but seriously, you need to educate yourself. This is a professional job not retail store or cafe. professional jobs are excepted by even NJ state law. Educate yourself, that will improve your judgement.
