      Prós

      At RxWiki everyone is equal and everyone has the chance to succeed and advance. It isn't a place with multiple layers of management. If you want to talk to the Founder and CEO, all you have to do is walk across the room to talk to him. There is music playing throughout the day and dogs are welcome. Go into the kitchen and you will find some great snacks and drinks to grab when you need them. The culture is very easy going, while maintaining focus amongst each team.

      Contras

      It is only a minor inconvenience but meeting room space can be a little limited at times which causes overlap / double booking of rooms.

      Really great work environment. Everyone is very supportive and friendly, it really feels like a family. Awesome healthy snacks and drinks and gym opportunities.

      Contras

      While there are opportunities to gain more income it would be awesome if the base pay was higher, there's a lot of work that happens in a day.

      Great product, relaxed environment, fair pay, cool coworkers, convenient location

      Contras

      I have been in sales for the better part of a decade, and never have I seen a platform with so much potential be muted and halted in the market by a undeveloped, ambiguous sales process. If you have pre-existing sales experience, you might be able to power through. If not, your getting thrown in the deep end and the lifeguards don't know the pool rules.
