For me the answer was simple because it was the truth. They have everything I happen to love; aerospace, fusion energy, microfabrication, biofuels...etc. They are in southern California and are a really solid private based company with great benefits. I know I would be passionate about what I would do there, and any smart manager knows that someone passionate on their team is going to do great things for the company.
