Overall a very disappointing and messy interview process. I applied through a referral and quickly heard back about setting up an interview. The interview was scheduled with the recruiter. 15 minutes after the interview was supposed to begin (I was waiting for a call) I received an email that the recruiter was pulled into a meeting and couldn't make our interview. We rescheduled for the following day and that call seemed to go really well and she explained next steps in the interview process and who I would be speaking with next. After a week I didn't hear anything and followed up and then received an automated response that they had decided to proceed with other candidates. One month later I received the same initial email inviting me to interview. I followed up and then heard back that there was a mix up and sorry for any confusion. As mentioned above, overall it was a very disappointing and messy interview process - not a good look.
