I discovered 6sense at a college recruiting fair and applied via the recruiter (Hetal). That night, I received an email for an on-campus interview the next day. A couple weeks later, I was invited for an onsite interview. Throughout the process, Hetal was very warm and helpful, always offering to answer my questions and follow up with things, and even showing me around the office and introducing me to the team when I was in SF on a trip before my onsite interview. I was interviewed by a couple of engineers, and some of the founders. Everyone (from the recruiter, to the engineers, to the awesome CEO, Amanda) was friendly and very happy to answer all of my questions about the company history, mission, culture, etc.
