Process made sense. Enough to feel vetted but nothing unnecessary. Phone call with future boss, casual in-person with future boss, presentation with future boss on current company, meet a couple members of the team, phone call with boss's boss.

Entrevista
I was referred by someone I previously worked with at a former company. I submitted my resume, and 4 weeks later, a recruiter reached out. I scheduled the phone screen, and the recruiter was 10 minutes late. I had to email her to remind her of our interview, and when she called me, she immediately seemed disinterested in our conversation (as if I was interrupting her day). She asked me a couple of questions and said she would pass my info along to the hiring manager. A week later, she reached out, saying they were going to pass on my background.

Why do you want to work at 6sense? Tell me about yourself. What size accounts did you work previously? How large were your deals?
Easy to talk with. Place to build on your dreams. Completely seamless interview process and they’re quick to get back to you with updates and follow ups. Flexible team of hiring HR and manager.
My application was auto-rejected within hours of submission, despite more than meeting the minimum requirements for the role. I was then ghosted by the recruiter and the hiring manager when I asked for feedback. This is not the way to treat candidates, and is suggestive of a very poor culture.
