The process was handled by a Talent Acquisition Manager from Didi. After interviewing with the Director, the manager called me to say that while another person was chosen for that specific role, there was another opening on the same team. He said the Director liked me and asked if I would accept it. I said yes. I was told a coordinator would follow up, but after waiting two weeks and sending multiple messages, I received an email saying I wasn't chosen. How is that possible? I had already accepted the offer! They showed no consideration for the candidate; it feels like they are playing with people's lives.
