First I got interviewed by HR over the phone, which lead to another interview at their office with the hiring manager and division manager a week later. The next step was salary negotiation, MCU and psychological test. All happened within a month.

Interviewer was nice, they will ask your experience, what you see for your future in next 5 years and your aspirations. Which industries am I familiar with. HR does the negotiation for salary

What are your aspirations and how do you see how to achieve it
There were asked common HR interview questions. The interview went smooth and they make me feel good. Some of fhe questions was about my CV, challenges which i encounter during my career and so on
1. HR phone 2. HR, Manager live 3. Manager online It was a speedy process, and everyone was talkative. I was well informed about the interview. Experience was relevant, and we agreed.
