Talk with HR, hiring manager and other managers and offer. Just explained past work experience and some questions about my projects and thesis. HR asked some behavioral questions. The overall process was very easy, the result => not a great team

had an initial take up call. not much to say but didn't really progress beyond that. did not align with the description but the recruiter was very nice and polite on the call during the initial screening
