In ABB there is a yearly employee's performance appraisal, where each and every eployee is validated in performances, goals reached and targets for next year

Questions about my education, expierence, career growth, salary. Some questions required technical knowledge
Started out with HR, asking general questions. Hiring manager was more straight forward and needed somebody with a good amount of experience especially in P&L. Granted P&L requires VP/GM level, it seems they were grooming a future leader
