I have been required to prepare a presentation to explain my team goals, strategy, and KPIs.
Very unprofessional. Hiring Manager had made up his mind to not hire and seemed to look for excuses to not hire. Dragged the process for weeks and I had to attend many rounds of interviews. A total waste of time for me!
