The interview process was very detailed and not lengthy. The hiring manager pays attention to detail. I was interviewed in the supervisor’s office and then I was accompanied by the supervisor for a tour of building. We visited every press in the building and he was kind enough to tell me what parts each one makes and how long the process takes.
