Method: Online interview. There was two managers took part in the interview: service design manager and UX/UI manager. The service manager introduced the team and their job and ask the candidate if they have any questions. Then the interview proceeded with the candidate interview: self introduction, their super power, etc. Then ended with the presentation of the pre-task that was described in the interview invite (2 days prior to the interview day).
