4 interviews in total with around 8 people also in total. The questions really aimed at better knowing the candidate as a person although some technical questions are also asked. Practicing for the standard interview questions, being myself, and having a clear motivation for the position I applied for was key in doing well. All interviewers were friendly and professional, which says a lot about the culture of the company.

call with HR for 30minutes, Questions about CV and general interest in the sector. Next step are a call with hiring managers and then traders. General tips know well the company before applying
One-on-one Zoom meeting with HR person, generally based on chatting and several personal questions such as what is your best attribute. My interviewer was warm and friendly. Solid experience overall.
