The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first was with HR, mainly focused on my background and general fit for the company. The second was with the Accounting Coordinator and Tax Specialist, where we discussed more technical aspects of the role and my previous accounting/tax experience. The final round was with the Financial Manager, which was more in-depth regarding responsibilities and expectations for the position.
