Received a link to be recorded on automated questions. Awkward experience to be timed and recorded without having the experience to communicate and be able to look someone in the eye, gauge responses, etc. Shortly thereafter, received an email to complete an assessment followed by another email to 'complete my profile with missing information in order to proceed to the next steps". The email contained broken links, no one to reach out to for technical support or guidance. I was unable to proceed any further because of this and had to give up on the interview simply because the system glitches would not let me proceed and I could not reach out to anyone at all. Very frustrating and negative experience to be recorded and put on display for someone to 'assess' you on a video recording, only to not be able to move forward after a successful assessment to the next phase. Overall a waste of time and energy with no response or feedback at all from anyone at the recruiting department.

Describe yourself and how your experience fits with this role?
Met with a manager several times discussed what I did within my current department and what I was looking for an accomplishing in a different department and eventually made a lateral move from an internal standpoint.
The interview was comfortable, easy to talk to and asked a lot of questions. Asked about past benefit experience, why you want the job.
Made you feel comfortable and will be able to ask any questions.
I went went on the interview. Haven’t heard anything back yet just waiting on results i’ve gone multiple times for interviews that I didn’t get before. Hopefully, I get this one.
