The interview process was surprisingly narrow. After the recruiter asked me a few high-level MCP questions and shared that recording with ADP, I was moved to a 30-minute interview that ended up being entirely about MCP, even though the role itself appears to involve very different responsibilities. The conversation ended abruptly at the 30-minute mark, without leaving any time for me to ask questions, which made the whole process feel rushed and somewhat disconnected from the actual position.
