3 rounds of interviews: first a recruiter calls; phone call is 15 minutes, second someone from the hiring team calls; phone call is 1 hour and third VP of client services; phone call 30. minutes. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant the third and final interview was where I messed up, make sure you come loaded with questions.

Virtual Interview was great. Both managers on the zoom link seemed genuinely interested in my resume. They ask quantitative questions and allow time for the candidate to ask questions of them at the end. You are sent a list of questions by the recruiter and they seemed to ask directly after that. Practice with those questions and watch those TikTok videos for help with insightful questions to ask the interviewers if you're struggling.
