A phone screening by someone who has no idea about anything technical or the job itself, not even a decision maker. Asked irrelevant questions, filling out a form, thats all, pretty inefficient
It was a smooth and easy process, but stay confident, and self-introduction is the main one, and they asked me to tell them about our company, ADP.
1st Round - Online Assessment
In which they asked one Python coding question and 30 MCQs to test our aptitude and logical reasoning
Screening with talent acquisition person that was thirty minutes, I had a phone interview for an hour then an in person interview.None of the people were the same except the original recruiter throughout the process
