Got a call from recruiting agency and asked me to attend the interview on weekdays since they won't work on weekends. Once i reach the venue(Guindy.Thamarai tech park), No parking facility. SO i had to drop my bike outside the gate and went inside. They asked me to wait for more than hour for a system test. No matter how many years of experience you have, you should pass the system test. There were only 5 systems for a test. if anybody completed the test, then the next guy in the queue has to attend the test. Worst process ever and wasted everyone's time. They give some programs where you have to use proper data structure and oops concept to resolve it. if you have practise on solving problems then it would be easy, but they will give only 1 hour time to complete it. They were not sure how much time a problem will take and meantime urge everyone to complete system test since people are waiting to attend system test. After completing the test they ask everyone to leave, and said they will get back to us only if the code looks promising and fulfill all the criterias asked in the question. How on earth these companies earning CMMI standard? I'm not sure about the work and Culture inside the company but worst interview process. I took one day leave and went to the interview, literally wasted it.
