Interview was easy and smooth. I did a mock call and then I went back for another face to face interview. They had me shadow several employees and interview them as well. The interview process made me feel comfortable and confident. Ultimately they did not hire me because I didn’t have a 4 year degree, despite my 8 years experience in the industry.
