Very unprofessional recruitment team. Shabbily dressed, lack communication skills and don't respect the candidate's time. They call you really early on random working days and make you wait forever - that too on short notice. Team is very pushy and aren't willing to adjust, even if there's a possibility to work things out. After the interview you don't hear from them for weeks! This makes you very anxious and kind of becomes a hurdle to plan next steps, exit I'm current role. I was made to wait for 4 weeks after my final round for the offer, and then was asked to come asap - it left me in a very uncomfortable situation as I had to serve a notice in the current role. If only I was offered it few weeks before, I wouldn't have had to jump out of old job.
