After submitting my resume I was contacted about a week later to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was set up with a face to face interview. Following the interview it's either an e-mail or hopefully a phone call.

I see you have had an internship with this company, why didn't you apply for ADP's internship?
The interview process was pretty straightforward and similar to a typical interview. It included basic questions about my background, experience, and how I handle different work situations, along with some discussion about the role and expectations.

Very easy and good. Recruiter was quick and not intimidating at all to go through the process from managers to the VP. All in all process itself was comparable to any other entry level job
