O processo levou 3 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa ADP (Chandler, AZ).
Entrevista
This company drags their feet with their hiring process. I applied online. Got an email to set up a phone interview next week. 20 minute phone interview that lead to doing an assessment online. Didn’t hear anything for a week. Kept receiving emails asking to do a survey and was worded like I wasn’t moving forward. Did the survey and found another company that did a phone interview, in person interview and offer within a few days. I felt like they really respected my time and wanted to make sure I work for them. Back to adp I received a follow up a week after doing survey and few days after accepting offer with other company but I still was interested. This was to set up a webcam interview. This put me off since I only have my cheap phone to use and their instructions were strict about making sure everything worked on my end before interview. A day after setting up interview I got an email to reschedule later in the week. A few days later I received an email to reschedule again for next week. At this point I realize I would still have to do an in person interview and feel like ADP is disrespecting my time as a job pursuer. Especially when they haven’t even noted the pay or start date. Said enough and withdrawn from the hiring process.
