it was a very long process and there were many steps with many different people involved in making the decsions. i think that they had the right idea but need to get the poeple involved in making the final desions involved much earlier in the interview process. that is really it
The interview process was pretty straightforward and similar to a typical interview. It included basic questions about my background, experience, and how I handle different work situations, along with some discussion about the role and expectations.

Very easy and good. Recruiter was quick and not intimidating at all to go through the process from managers to the VP. All in all process itself was comparable to any other entry level job
