Entrevista
Initial phone screen, second phone interview and two, face to face interviews with manager and senior manager. Process was relatively fast, just a few weeks. Interview process was standard. Background checks, drug screen, cant recall if they required some sort of competency or behavioral testing....I believe they did require this via an online assessment.

Very straightforward. Total of 5 managers interviewed me that day and they ask you to use the STAR format. They are honestly looking to get to know you and test your sales ability.

Er is sprake van drie verschillende gesprekken. Steeds met een laag hoger in de organisatie. Daarnaast moet je tot slot een eindpresentatie geven over een product/app of iets willekeurigs naar keuze.

Er is meer sprake van Roleplay scenarios. Eerst heb je gewoon een kennismaking en later gaan ze vragen stellen maar deze hebben betrekking op de roleplay die je krijgt.
Was not that tough. They wanted to see the zeal in the candidate and understand how can he/ she add value to the company. The questions revolved around why this role and why this company
