Entrevista
initial communication with company was through a recruiter for ADP. After that I was asked to set up a seperate phone screening and complete some at home online testing for personaltiy etc. Then I went in for a 1-on-1 interview with the district regional sales manager. Then from there I was asked to come back and interview with two sales managers. Both from different "teams". Both totally different in personality. One was a man, very outgoing and aggressive attitude and the other a nice lady who was interested in more of a mothering kind of team. Office is busy and large. People seem to have a good work ethic and are determined to succeed. People are deffinetly go getters in the industry.

I was reached out to on LinkedIn by a recruiter. She scheduled a phone interview with me and it went well. I then was asked to come in to meet with the VP of SBS of the region. He was a gentleman, and very clear on what he expects and what he is looking for. Basic interview questions. I did my research prior and felt very ready for this interview, he even said I nailed it. He said I would hear back something the following day at 2pm from the recruiter, but it's been 5 days and I haven't heard anything just yet. I asked many questions to be sure I understood the role and cleared any hesitations with the VP.

Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter for the position and did well with the preliminary screening interview. A phone interview was set up the following week; I was asked the typical questions: why do you want to get into sales, etc. A face-to-face interview was set up a week and a half later with the VP of Sales. The interview was pretty laid back, but I was only asked questions of why I am leaving my current job and why don't I want to move up in the industry that I am currently in.

Entrevista
Interviews with Sales Managers, Field Ride, then met with VP Sales. They like high energy individuals with some experience and of course, professionalism. They look for a certain type of candidate. If you are not a social being and a go getter don't waste your time. Have multiple friends that work there and they all have similar qualities and characteristics. They all love their job too. Great resume builder or long term sales job with growth. I lacked the sales experience and the interview experience.
