The interview process was very professional, starting with an ADP staffing representative calling to ask general questions about my professional experience, then a one on one interview with the local sales manager, including a timed trial sales presentation, and finally, a one on one interview with the regional sales manager.

Why should we hire someone with no formal sales experience?
The interview process was pretty straightforward and similar to a typical interview. It included basic questions about my background, experience, and how I handle different work situations, along with some discussion about the role and expectations.

Very easy and good. Recruiter was quick and not intimidating at all to go through the process from managers to the VP. All in all process itself was comparable to any other entry level job
