Entrevista
The first two interviews were very easy and informal. The recruiter was very easy to talk to, one of the best recruiters I spoke with. The 2nd interview was with a man who is in charge of the "manager" I would've been working under. He was also super nice and transparent. Then came the 3rd interview, I had the worst possible experience with the two AE regional managers. They were rude and completely destroyed all the good vibes I had for the company. Send them a follow-up email to see if I got the job, waited for a response and got ghosted. Literally a waste of my time just to get ghosted. Do not bother applying for this job.

The 3rd interview was a mock prospect roleplay. The AE regional managers who interviewed me had NO CLUE regarding the details of the role play and asked questions that could not be answered based on the roleplay details. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY. Would not recommend.

Entrevista
After 3 interviews, I received a rejection email. I felt pretty confident about it, but it happens. What I didn't appreciate was when I asked for feedback, I didn't get a response back. My follow-up email was ignored as well. I had higher expectations from ADP.

Entrevista
Applied, took a month to be contacted, had a phone interview which was relatively easy and fluid. The lady said I would be moving on to the next round and that the VP of Sales would call me in two days; they didn’t. I tried to follow up a week later by calling and leaving a message, she didn’t return my call. I emailed her twice, still no response. Extremely unprofessional to say that you’re excited to meet me and that you are sending me to the next round of interviews and then completely ghost me. What a joke.
