Entrevista
Initially spoke to a recruiter as a pre-screening interview then set up a time for the initial interview with a SE for TotalSource. It was a basic tell me about your current role and how do you think it would relate to what we do at TotalSource type of interview. Had 2 more interviews, one with the same SE, and then another with the same SE and the RVP for the region.

How would you feel about an opportunity that you are in the process of selling, that was willing to close, but for underwriting purposes got declined. What would your response be like knowing that you had a $10,000 commision check from the deal on the table?

Entrevista
Several phone interviews, then in person interview, followed by 2nd in person interview and role play. The process went smoothly but went on much longer than I had anticipated initially.

Entrevista
Very lengthy and detailed. Don't bother trying if you don't have experience selling HR. Made it to final stage. Phone interview with recruiter, then Manager, then panel, then presentation then interview with senior VP. I have a masters degree, 7 years of B2B sales with awards (brought proof) and it all came down to "We typically only hire people from specific industries." Plus they spend every interview trying to talk you out of the position (if this starts to happen, just walk away, your dead in the water) then the last one is a pretentious VP who spends 30 minutes telling you why you aren't a fit. Even if you know the product in and out, and give a great presentation where they tell you it was the best yet.......

Entrevista
This is second time I interview for a role with Totalsource. The interview process is so intense I mean these folks have a "blank" up their tear ends. Nothing casual about it straight I can sell ice to an Eskimo but they prefer the rejects from pharma. You know the big nice tops and rear end. They used to lose employees left and right to pharma but now the tables have turned. Going back to my point first time I interviewed the a hole manager passed on me. Now I interviewed with 3 people in the room. One guy was taking notes while the other two asked behavioral questions about my last job. At this point I have to wait and see.
