Very thorough! Make sure you are prepared and review all the resources the recruiter gives you to prep. First interview is with the recruiter over the phone, they will ask you why you want to work at ADP and why you want to be in sales. Second interview was with the VP of Sales. There was an option to meet via zoom or in-person... Please meet in person. This is a sales role, it is time to be as professional and assertive as possible! (You must think of the interview process as a sale itself) They will ask you tough questions! Be prepared! Third interview was panel interview. This this is the make or break interview. They will ask you various questions regarding your past experiences with adversity and rejection. They also had a sales role play, so be on your toes! After the third interview, if they decided to move forward you will be contacted by a district manager who will give you the day-to-day run down. If all goes well they should send you an offer letter! I loved the interview process. It was challenging and really showed how serious the company takes its business! Good stuff! Take away: Be prepared to sell yourself! The better prepared you are, the easier it will be to handle the interviews:) Good luck!

Really smooth process and everyone was really helpful on laying out a timeline for it. Not too difficult at all and pretty average questions. The people I dealt with were great overall.
