I applied online and there was an immediate grammar quiz. Several hours later, I received an email requesting a phone interview. I scheduled it for the next day. The interviewer called on time and it started well. Once the basics were covered, the interviewer became forceful and stressed that the position required mandatory overtime daily from late November through February, and stressed that only Christmas day would be off. I tried to shift the conversation to quieter waters and to calm things down, but it raised large red flags for me and I withdrew my application and ended the interview.
